on February 20, 2009, Black Pearl Philippines organized a mock Pirate wedding to celebrate Mardi Gras. they also offered to marry other couples in pirate matrimony.
The pirates are regularly joined by the 501st Legion of Stormtroopers during events and they decided to include two Clonetroopers in the matrimonial rites, thus Rej and I were scheduled to be married, Pirate style.
i took this opportunity to do something i've always wanted to, and should have done a long time ago: propose to Rej while wearing armor.
